Simply exquisite…have the gourmet tasting menu. You won’t regret it.

We were in South India at Christmas and New Year and have struggled to find anything in London that compares with the vegetarian food we had there – until going to Cafe Spice Namaste. The food tasted as good as we had in Kerala and we loved the way that local vegetables such as beetroot were used. Delicious and delicate flavours.

A characterful place with excellent friendly service – sometimes rare in London – and a very apparent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Up-market Indian – interesting menu, just allow extra time to read it! I had the tiger prawn patia followed by mixed tandoori grill – very rich & tasty. Colleagues were jealous of my main, though I quite liked the look of the pork vindalhoo and crab curry which others chose.

This is traditional Indian food almost as good as mum would make it at home !!!!!…Amazing experience, great service, great value for money. Just wish I could visit more often.

The chutneys were unusual but lovely. The beetroot & coconut samosas were really tasty – not something I would ever have chosen off the menu but I tried a bit of my friend’s and wished I had!

A very special place! We found the restaurant, food and it’s all the staff to be outstanding! The whole dining experience was very a memorable one for lot’s of different reasons, all good ones!! Portion sizes and the way they were presented was excellent and of course it tasted fabulous too. We would definitely recommend the restaurant to my family and friends and hopefully visit again when in London next time.

Not your standard Indian restaurant. This place was like fine dining with lots of dishes and flavours I had not tried before. Food, service and atmosphere all good. Well worth a visit.

Really excellent dinner at Cafe Spice Namaste – we had a large booking of 14 people for a work night out, and everyone was delighted with the venue. The food was uniformly excellent with the baked bream a particular highlight, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. All in all, highly recommended!

Been many times but this time was my first working lunch where we only had 1.5 hours. The delightful staff made it happen so effortlessly. My vegetarian guest had a taste explosion directed by Cyrus himself. I had the Mutton Wellington A La Bear – a stunning dish of the finest mutton with a modern Anglo/Indian twist and with money going to this year’s Lord Mayor’s charity it was a win win! Awesome, so tasty and innovative and promoting rare breeds all at once.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice now and have been very pleased both times. The menu is so different from a ‘traditional’ Indian restaurant and Mr Todiwala proves that Indian food can offer inspired and diverse choices. On this latest visit I had the special fixed price ‘Goan Style Feast’ menu which introduced me to some new and very tasty dishes and was also very reasonably priced. My wife begrudgingly let me taste a mouthful of her main dish of Duck Tikka A’la Mrs Matthew which was tender, succulent and delicious.

Taking Indian to a higher level. A must if you love Indian! Blending spices to enhance the flavors of the food instead of simply trying to overwhelm with heat. Stunningly good food.
