With the shift in the season join Cyrus to learn how to create some of his favourite comfort food dishes – perfect for the weather!
You will learn how to make Indian small bites, canapes and more.
Put your questions to Cyrus and learn the methodology of Indian Cuisine. You will be bringing these delicious dishes to your kitchen in no time! Whilst we will have tasters during the class, a two-course lunch will also be served around 1.00pm.

Running Order of the day:
• 10:30am: Arrival & Tea/Coffee
• 10:30am-10:45am: Introduction
• 10.45am- 1pm: Masterclass & Lunch
• The day is expected to end around 3:00pm approximately.
Participants will be given a demonstration, have the opportunity to taste the dishes and ask questions to Chef Cyrus. Beverages also included during the Masterclass to enjoy with the food.
